Although we didn’t have many changes, Manni was very accommodating to the few we did have along with the few upgrades that were not easy to get.

"My home buying process took me to many properties across Northern Liberties, Fishtown and Kensington. Ultimately, we decided on Hancock Square because of the unique design and layout of the house.
We enjoyed the option to select our own finishes and upgrades throughout. A nice touch is all the features (e.g. speakers, finished garage floor and paint color) that are included in the home at no extra cost.
Like all new construction, there has been plenty of fixes needed since moving in. Manni and his team have been responsive to our needs. It also is reassuring that homes built by Atlantic Developers are sold with a one-year builders’ warranty.
