Manus Murray, also known around Philadelphia Center City as "Manni", founded Atlantic Developers. Since 2000, he has been specializing in exquisite craftsmanship by making Luxury City Living a reality. Developing mixed use, single-family homes, commercial, and residential real estate, he has made a name for himself in the city as a developer that establishes beautiful communities. He specializes in revitalizing areas into desired locations to live and work.
BEGINNINGS
Manni was born and raised in Omagh Co. Tyrone, Ireland. It was there that he would drive around admiring beautiful homes that he desired to one day be able to build. He developed a passion at the age of 14 while working on construction sites with his family. It was then, in 1998, that he came to the United States with his dream of successfully starting his own construction company.

Since successfully pursuing his dream of building residential and commercial real estate, Manni has developed a passion for supporting the local Philadelphia Crohn's and Colitis Foundation in pursuit of finding a cure for a dear family member's experience with the disease. Currently, he sits on the Board of the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter, and raises money for the Foundation by participating in year round Triathlons, and Marathons.
